Nvidia launches more budget RTX 50 GPUs
An ECC listing from OEM Global Technologies Limited, which is the parent company of Zotac, has identified various unreleased GeForce RTX graphics cards. This includes Nvidia GeForce RTX 5050, RTX 5060, and RTX 5060 Ti GPU models. Unfortunately, the listings do not provide model names or specifications; they only display their Nvidia designations.
Notably, the appearance of the RTX 5050 stands out. If this information is accurate, it indicates that Nvidia is looking to re-enter the sub-$250 GPU market, a segment they have neglected since the launch of the RTX 3050. The absence of low-end GPUs in the RTX 40 series has left room for older models and competitors to fill the gap.

The introduction of the RTX 5050 could attract gamers who don’t want to spend too much but still wish to experience Nvidia’s latest technologies. However, it’s important to note that EEC filings are merely indicative, and not all registered products necessarily make it to market.
In addition to the RTX 5050, Nvidia is also rumored to be developing the RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti. These two models are expected to offer mid-range performance with different VRAM configurations. The RTX 5060 Ti might come in both 8GB and 16GB variants, while the RTX 5060 is expected to feature 8GB of memory.
It is rumored that Nvidia will unveil its RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti graphics cards during Jensen Huang’s GTC 2025 keynote. This suggests a potential release in late March or early April. Meanwhile, the Nvidia 5050's status remains ambiguous. As of now, Nvidia has not made any official announcements regarding these new GPUs. However, many speculate that more details could be revealed at the Computex event at the end of May.
