Microsoft Flight Simulator goes VR this month

Developer Asobo has confirmed that Microsoft Flight Simulator will receive VR support on December 22. The new feature will be added via a free update which allows you to play the game using any of the major VR headsets, including Oculus Rift, Valve, and more. The VR aspect of Microsoft Flight Simulator will cover gameplay but also the in-game menu, so you won't need to leave that mode to navigate through them and arrange whatever options you prefer.

This update will arrive ahead of another one that will be landing in January, and that will use aerial images of the United Kingdom to introduce an even more detailed and real depiction of the territory and its landmarks in the game.
