Ghost of Tsushima multiplayer is coming very soon

Ghost of Tsushima developer Sucker Punch has confirmed the release date of a new update for their action-adventure game that will completely change the way players can have fun when playing it. Although update 1.1 had been commented earlier this year, we did not have all the details or a release date for it. Thanks to a new video, we know that the Ghost of Tsushima: Legends update is adding cooperative multiplayer online but also plenty of other new features, including a New Game+ mode and plenty of customization options and new equipment for our character.

The most important feature that Ghost of Tsushima: Legends is adding to the game is the possibility of playing the game in cooperative mode for up to four players. This option will require you to talk to a mysterious storyteller in the game, who will share with you stories about "Ghosts". This will let you enter the multiplayer lobby and join other players to take on different missions. You will also be able to pick one of four different classes while you play with your friends in Ghost of Tsushima: Legends. These are Samurai, Ronin, Hunter, and Assassin. Each of them starts with a different set of skills and their own advantages and you will unlock more as you play.

Ghost of Tsushima: Legends also adds new Story Missions for two players and Survival Missions that are designed for up to four players, so you won't be lacking things to do in multiplayer mode. Sucker Punch will also release a new raid that will be quite a challenge for a group of four players a couple of weeks after Ghost of Tsushima: Legends is available.

Ghost of Tsushima: Legends is coming in the form of a free update on October 16th. Of course, you need to have an active PlayStation Plus subscription to access the online features of Ghost of Tsushima.
