Square Enix has come out with an announcement of a brand new crossover between FINAL FANTASY XIV Online and FINAL FANTASY XV which will be free for everyone who has purchased a copy of FINAL FANTASY XV.
With this collaboration, we take witness as our heroes meet with Y’jhimei, a stranger from a place named Eorzea. She will warn the crew of a never seen before danger which will bring havoc to the people of Eos! Also, you must battle the Lady of the Vortex, Garuda, and show to her that nothing, not even Primals, can stand up before the King of Light! If you are interested in taking part in the event but you are unsure if you have acquired the recommended level, don't worry! Square Enix will be providing participants with the Magitek Exosuit, which will give wearers invincibility for half an hour each day!
Seeking for more of a challenge to test your skills and your character? Drop by and take a tumble in the new Battle Training System, where you will be pitted against Garuda in hard mode!
This event will also add four new devastating weapons to the game, all of which are inspired by Garuda. Once you complete the quest, a trade shop will be opened and you will be given a chance to trade particular items for each weapon.
Finally, Square Enix will be treating everyone on Xbox One or PS4 with a very special surprise. They will be adding a FINAL FANTASY XIV HUD themed photo frame to the game. It will give you the ability to add an Eorzean flare to any screenshot that you take!
