New Epic Games Store freebie puts you in the role of an electrician

Epic Games Store giveaway lets you play as an electrician fixing equipment

The Epic Games Store has launched another round of its March giveaways, offering PC players yet another title to add to their expanding libraries. Taking the place of last week’s Cozy Grove and Isonzo, Electrician Simulator is now free to claim. Once added, the indie title will remain in your Epic Games Store library permanently, as long as you grab it within the next seven days.

As the title implies, you step into the role of an electrician, learning the ins and outs of the profession while helping customers solve various electrical issues. The story mode gradually introduces players to the basics of the trade before moving on to more complex and demanding jobs. As you earn money, you can reinvest it into better tools and grow your developing business. Just be sure to double-check your work before finishing a job - after all, your reputation depends on customer feedback.

Beyond the main campaign and optional side tasks, there’s also a workshop mode where players can dismantle faulty electrical devices sent in by customers, figure out how they function, and repair them. An in-game online shop is also available, allowing you to order the parts needed to complete your fixes.

In addition to the free game, there’s a bonus offer for a free-to-play title as well. World of Warships players on the Epic Games Store can claim the Epic Anniversary Tachibana Pack this week, which, according to developer Wargaming, includes a premium Tier II Japanese destroyer along with five Epic-tier permanent camouflages.

Both of these freebies are available to claim until March 26, after which a new offer will replace them on the same day. If you enjoy picking up free PC games, be sure to check out our free games page as well, and keep an eye out for upcoming releases and exclusive offers.
