Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Conquer Beelzebub in New DLC

On January 31, 2024, Cygames officially launched the hit action role-playing game Granblue Fantasy: Relink. The game has received high engagement as well as a great response from the gaming community. And on July 8, 2026, the publisher introduced a major new expansion pack (DLC), featuring a completely new storyline and gameplay mechanics. Beelzebub appears and new upheavals in the Zegagrande Skydom

In the previous part of the game, the captain and the crew traveled to the Zegagrande Skydom and clashed with the Avia sect led by Lilith. Lilith kidnapped Lyria to exploit her power to open a portal to the Astral Realm, an action that almost destroyed this entire skydom. In the end, however, the crew defeated Lilith, successfully rescued Lyria, and saved Zegagrande.

In this DLC, after Lilith's dark plot is shattered, a new threat emerges. Mysterious creatures named Ragnalia herald the end times, accompanied by the opening of chaotic portals. Notably, the main antagonist of this part will be Beelzebub, who will also appear in Zegagrande with unparalleled power.

The publisher has also added a summon system and the Primal Burst mechanic to the DLC. Simply put, Lyria can summon powerful entities to do her bidding. Some summons will allow players to take direct control for a short time, while others, when conditions are met, will activate a new type of chain attack called Primal Burst.

Not only that, this DLC also features a new single-player game mode called The Conflux. The Conflux is a single-player dungeon with random, constantly changing challenges that hide mystical power sources for players to conquer, supplemented by new difficulty milestones (quest tiers) and new bosses for the 4-player multiplayer mode.

This DLC also introduces a new upgrade system that helps break through the power limits of both old and new characters, providing a wider variety of skill builds. Overall, after its release, this DLC received very positive reviews on Steam from players thanks to the quality of the additional content over 2 years since the original version debuted.
