 When Microsoft attempted to purchase Activision Blizzard everyone knew that it would have repercussions. Now that the regulators and tribunals have finaly given an Ok to the deal, it's time to wonder what will happen to one of the most iconic FPS series of all time. We are talking about Call of Duty, of course. a favorite of the players on PlayStation and a series whose following installments were at a high risk of being removed from Sony's platform. A fast agreement

Acknowledging its defeat Sony has rushed to sign an agreement with Microsoft to keep Call of Duty available on PlayStation for ten years. Microsoft's Phil Spencer announced it via Twitter a couple days ago, and it was followed by a commentary from Microsoft's president Brad Smith, who stated that the company is "focused on ensuring that Call of Duty remains available on more platforms and for more consumers than ever before."
