Humble’s new bundle is a horror-filled treat for Resident Evil fans

Halloween might be over, but horror fans still have a good reason to revisit one of gaming's most iconic survival horror franchises. Humble has launched its Resident Evil: Biohazard Unleashed Bundle, offering nine games from Capcom's mainline series across four pricing tiers. Whether you're new to the franchise or looking to fill gaps in your collection, there's plenty to consider.

The bundle arrives just days after Halloween and takes a somewhat unusual approach to its game selection, starting with one of the series' newest entries before working its way back through earlier releases. The $10 tier (€8.60 / £7.40) includes Resident Evil Village Gold Edition, which combines the base game with its additional content. Although the standard edition previously appeared in Humble Choice in February, this package offers the more complete experience.

Spending $18 (€15.48 / £13.32) adds Resident Evil 7 Biohazard Gold Edition, giving players both of the franchise's first-person mainline entries in their expanded editions.

The $26 tier (€22.36 / £19.24) shifts the focus to the more action-heavy period of the series. It includes the original Resident Evil 4 from 2005, alongside Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition and Resident Evil 6 Complete Edition. Both of the latter titles support cooperative play, making this tier particularly appealing to anyone who wants to experience the games with a friend.

For those more interested in modernised versions of the classics, the top $40 tier (€34.40 / £29.60) is the most comprehensive option. It adds HD editions of the original Resident Evil and Resident Evil 0, as well as the 2019 remake of Resident Evil 2 and the 2020 remake of Resident Evil 3. The former follows Leon S. Kennedy's disastrous first day as a rookie police officer, while the latter puts Jill Valentine back in the sights of the relentless Nemesis.

Humble isn't the only storefront offering a Resident Evil collection right now, either. Fanatical recently introduced its own Resident Evil Bundle: Demonic Edition bundle, which also features games from several other major Capcom franchises.

The Resident Evil: Biohazard Unleashed Bundle is available through Humble until December 3.
