BlizzCon 2019 dates and tickets announced

BlizzCon 2019 is getting closer! The date for the celebration of the BlizzCon 2019 has been confirmed. The developer that brought us World of Wardraft and Overwatch is having their annual gaming show on November 1-2 at the Anaheim Convention Center. Tickets will be sold in two parts; the first one will be available on May 4th (Saturday) and the second one on May 8th (Wednesday). In the last years, buyers got goodies when they purchased the ticket but this time, everyone gets to choose their special BlizzCon Commemorative Collectible Statue. You can either get a human footman or an orc grunt. These new items are included as part of the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Warcraft series. As usual, BlizzCon 2019 is expected to have gaming, esports, cosplay, and the latest news from Blizzard Entertainment's games. This year, the event will have "BlizzCon Pregame Festivities" that will be held outside the convention center before the show officially starts, and a Darkmoon Faire event on Thursday, that will be a "casual get-together" that will bring players, developers, and several studios together in one location.
This event is in line with the statement made by J. Allen Brack, Blizzard entertainment president,
“BlizzCon has served as a home away from home for the Blizzard community, a place where online friends can meet in real life and new friendships are formed. We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone to the show this year, reconnecting, celebrating, and sharing some of our latest developments.”
One of the changes in Blizzcon 2019 is the ticketing. Ticket buyers will have different options this year – the BlizzCon Pass ($230USD) which is the general ticket admission that gives you access to the BlizzCon Pregame Festivities, BlizzCon Portal ($550 USD) which is a separate ticket that gives you access to the Darkmoon Faire event, and the BlizzCon benefit Dinner Pass ($750USD). Last year’s cost was only $200USD to get in, so the event got a bit pricey The three types of tickets will be available on May 4th and 8th. For more information, check out BlizzCon official site.
