This Chaos Pack includes 3 maps: U-Turn, a highway destroyed by bombing, Intersection, a neighborhood in New York, and Vortex which is an area overrun by a tornado.

These three areas are dedicated to the game mode Confrontation, in which fights vary from 1v1 to 3v3. This extension also offers a new game mode, the chaos mode, playable solo or in co-op (split-screen or online). This mode is a survival; you need to push away waves of enemies, using power-ups and a large number of weapons.

To finish off, you will get to play four new special operations missions, which will take you from the Arctic to Dubai.
