With only 30 days to get everything ready for launch, every decision matters. Inspect desperate visitors hoping to escape the dying planet and decide whether they should become employees, raw materials, or something considerably less pleasant. There is no easy answer when survival is on the production line.

Build and expand your factory, construct new facilities, research technologies, and carefully manage your limited resources. You'll also need to recruit workers, each with their own personalities, quirks, fears, and prejudices. Keep your best employees happy and productive, while dealing with those who would rather do anything except work.
