    FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use the plane's altitude to shake off zombies, and if so, how does that work?
Yes, you can. By rapidly ascending or descending, you can create G-forces that cause zombies to lose their grip. The effectiveness depends on the plane's speed and the severity of the maneuver.
How does fuel consumption affect the zombie hordes, and can I use it strategically?
Fuel directly impacts the plane's flight time, giving zombies more opportunities to breach the cabin. Managing fuel reserves wisely is crucial, as you might need to make emergency landings to refuel in zombie-infested areas.
If a zombie breaches a specific compartment, how does it affect the plane's functionality?
Each compartment houses vital systems. A breach in the engine room affects speed, the cockpit affects control, and the passenger section leads to more zombies. Repairing damaged compartments is essential for survival.
Are there different zombie types, and if so, how do their behaviors and weaknesses differ in the confined space of the plane?
Yes, there are different zombie types. Some are faster, others are tougher, and some may have unique abilities that pose specific threats within the plane's narrow corridors. Understanding each type is critical for effective combat.
How do I acquire and utilize the plane's limited weaponry and equipment to combat the zombie threat?
You find weaponry and equipment scattered throughout the plane or scavenge them from certain locations during emergency landings. Ammo and equipment are limited, so choosing the right tool for the job is essential.
What role does the plane's layout and design play in my survival strategy?
The plane's layout dictates choke points, escape routes, and defensive positions. Knowing the layout and anticipating zombie movement is key to surviving. Some sections may offer better defensive positions than others.
Can I barricade doors and windows, and how effective are these measures against the zombie onslaught?
Yes, you can barricade doors and windows. The effectiveness of the barricades depends on the material used and the number of zombies attacking. Barricades buy you time and can create strategic advantages.
How do environmental hazards, such as turbulence or sudden loss of cabin pressure, impact the zombie threat and my survival chances?
Environmental hazards create unpredictable situations, such as causing zombies to move erratically, or damaging the plane further, increasing the threat level. Adapting to these events is crucial.
Are there opportunities to use the environment itself, such as cargo or cabin features, to trap or eliminate zombies?
Yes, you can use cargo, cabin features, and other environmental elements to your advantage. Strategic use of the environment can create traps, bottlenecks, or even cause zombies to fall off the plane.
How does the in-flight repair mechanic work, and what resources are required to fix the plane's systems?
In-flight repairs are possible but require specific tools and resources, and also exposes you to the zombie threat. Gathering necessary components during emergency landings is vital to keep the plane operational.
