The famous board game returns with Mario Party Star Rush. The goal of the game remains the same, recovering more stars than your opponents, however, some major changes in the gameplay are to be highlighted. The endless waiting lap by lap is finished, now all players play at the same time. The board has also changed and there are no more predefined paths. We now move on a grid, which allows greater freedom of movement to counter your opponents. As for the characters, in the classic mode, all players start with Toads of different colors and can recruit other characters like Mario or Peach, who will appear on the board, and who will each have a die and specific abilities. Players can have multiple characters and choose which one to play at the beginning of their turn, with other characters also casting a smaller die for extra distance. Challenging a boss gives you access to a mini game, which you will now play alone or with other players that may join you as soon as possible to try to play too.
