However, he accidentally created his craziest invention yet: a device that turns light into liquid. The coolest thing is that a person can travel through space and time when drinking this liquid. On the other hand, Margaret Harck is a strong-willed female sculptor. She is accidentally dragged into this adventure after Hector tests his invention on himself and accidentally teleports to her era (the 1990s).

This "accidental" duo must travel together through many different timelines and locations, meeting quirky characters and solving troubles (sometimes accidentally caused by themselves) to prevent threats endangering the universe and time.
