Sindel returns in the latest Mortal Kombat 11 DLC
Sindel, Kitana's mother and queen of the realm of Edenia in the Otherworld, is joining the ranks of the fighters available in Mortal Kombat 11 in a new DLC. This has been revealed by the game's creative director Ed Boon through a tweet in his account.

Even though we can see that the undead Queen of the Otherworld is looking pretty well, nothing has been disclosed yet about her fighting style in this installment of the Mortal Kombat series. Sindel made her first appearance in Mortal Kombat 3, and since then she has eventually shown in a few other titles, including Mortal Kombat X. She is a banshee of a sort that is known to have levitation powers and being able to use her screams and her long hair as a means to damage, entrap, and ultimately destroy her opponents. Due to her looks in the teaser, we can imagine that she will have a similar gameplay style in Mortal Kombat 11. Sindel is part of the characters included in Mortal Kombat 11 Kombat Pack, and those that own it will get to play as her as soon as the upcoming DLC launches. She is the second character added to the game after its release. The first one was Shang Tsung whom we could watch giving Raiden a serious beating in his introductory video not too long ago. The sorcerer is able to steal the souls of his victims and manipulate them to transform himself into them and make use of their powers in combat, so any fight where he is present is bound to be full of surprises.
Also included in the same pack we will find Nightwolf, Todd McFarlane's Spawn and two other characters that have not been revealed yet, along with six new exclusive skins, seven sets of gear, and 18 character skins for the other fighters in Mortal Kombat 11.
