PAYDAY 3's post-launch content has been revealed

It's quite likely that you will be playing this weekend's open beta if you are a fan of the PAYDAY series, but if you think that it will be enough to discover everything that PAYDAY 3 will offer you may have to think twice. The beta just gives you access to a single heist and developer Starbreeze Studios is far more ambitious than that with its game. The full PAYDAY 3 experience, which will be available in barely two weeks, promises a much deeper experience as you build up your Infamy level and offers a wide variety of targets that will require you to methodically plan your strategy for any given heist while also being ready to react to the unexpected on the fly. Of course, that's not all that the sequel to PAYDAY 2 will bring to the table.

Post-launch content

Starbreeze has shed some light on the contents that will be added to PAYDAY 3 after the game is released. The roadmap includes a total of four different DLCs that will be released throughout the first year of the game. The first of them is called Syntax Error and it will arrive sometime this winter. It will be followed, by Boys in Blue, The Land of the Free, and Fear and Greed, which are coming in Spring, Summer, and Fall 2024 respectively. Therefore, PAYDAY 3 players won't be short of things to do to entertain themselves. Unfortunately, no further details about the DLCs have been revealed, and we will have to wait to know more.

With its exciting new features and multiple new ways to approach a heist, including hostage negotiation, PAYDAY 3 promises to be a game-changer for the series and a worthy successor of the previous installment.
