Intel’s next-gen Core Ultra 300 ‘Panther Lake’ lineup and speeds leak

Intel recently announced its forthcoming Panther Lake series processors, but specific SKU details were not disclosed. Now, thanks to Jaykihn, we have insights into the maximum boost clock speeds and core configurations of the Panther Lake CPU lineup. This series will include models with a minimum of six cores and a maximum of sixteen cores. All variants are anticipated to come with a base TDP of 25W, although higher-end SKUs will have considerably higher TDP limits.

The Panther Lake lineup is projected to reach clock speeds of up to 5.1 GHz for the high-end 388H model. This is notably lower than the clock speeds that Intel offers for its desktop CPUs, which is understandable considering the low-power, mobile design of these processors.

Panther Lake utilizes a chiplet architecture, which enables different models to have varying core counts and GPU setups. One configuration includes 8 cores paired with a smaller 4-core Xe3 GPU, while there are also two 16-core CPU versions available, featuring either a 4-core or a 12-core Xe3 GPU. Importantly, all models are equipped with Intel's 50 TOPS NPU.

Below are the leaked specifications for Intel's Core Ultra 300 Panther Lake CPU series. Unfortunately, the GPU configurations for these processors are still unknown. However, it's anticipated that the Core X series models will include Intel's larger Xe3 GPU.
