Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 will arrive this fall

The Sniper Ghost Warrior series has not received favorable reviews but it's Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 the game that received worse critics, in particular, because it had too many bugs and an unconvincing AI. His successor, Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3, managed to resolve some of these problems, receiving much better reviews, but there were not enough to make it a big hit.

But CI Games did not give up with the license and proved that they know how to listen to the players when they released Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts in 2019. The latter is in a certain way a reboot of the series that takes it in a new direction. The biggest change is the disappearance of the open world, deemed too ambitious by the studio, in favor of five large areas. The game system remains more or less the same, mainly it is a tactical FPS that consists of missions. The player can choose how to eliminate his targets, being able to use stealth or a more direct approach. Although Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts was considered a bit short by some, it is generally considered the best installment in the snipping series.

If you liked Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts, there is good news for you because a sequel is in the works. CI Games announced it very soberly via Twitter. Very few details about the game have been revealed so far, its name, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, and a relatively close launch window since the release is scheduled for this fall. We also know that Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 will be available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Given the proximity of the release, we expect to see some kind of footage from the game or even a gameplay video in the next few weeks.
