Dreams will have VR support this month
The release of Dreams by Media Molecule has changed the world of video games. Although there were already a few games that allowed players to delve into the amazing world of creating their own universes none of them offered as many options as Dreams. The game is much more than a set of tools that allows you to bring to life your own designs and it allows you to share and play them while giving you access to a huge library of assets that will make things much easier for you. Since Dreams was released, the amount of player-created content available in the game has grown exponentially but those numbers will be increasing very soon because Media Molecule will release an expansion that will add support for PSVR.
The Dreams VR expansion is coming on July 22, 2020, and it will be available free of charge to all those players that own the base game. It will include many tools and gadgets to allow players to enjoy VR content and create their own. You don't have to worry if you are not experienced with the functionalities of VR games, because the expansion comes with a couple of tutorials that will teach you everything needed to create your own VR games and play to them with Dreams. Also, there will be a wide range of VR experiences that you can play and use as inspiration for your own creations.
Dreams VR patch notes won't be available until launch day so we won't know all the details included in the free update until then. Meanwhile, you can enjoy the almost endless amount of possibilities that Dreams offers to you if you already have the game, and maybe design a game that you can later adapt to the new VR format. If you have not tried Dreams yet and it sounds interesting to you, you can find it at the best price on our comparator anytime.
