    Starship Troopers: Terran Command – The Eradicators is a new campaign expansion for the RTS game, shifting the fight against the Arachnids into a dangerous experimental theater of war where science and battlefield control collide.

    The story unfolds on Ghutana, a remote and unstable world designated for advanced Federation weapons research. Under the direction of Dr. Kraus, the controversial "Hercules Program" is pushed into active field testing, combining unconventional combat technologies with live combat data against increasingly aggressive Arachnid forces. What begins as controlled experimentation quickly deteriorates into a full-scale survival operation as mutations spread and the planet's ecosystem turns hostile.

    Gameplay focuses on a Territory-based campaign structure, where securing and holding strategic zones is essential for progression. Each controlled sector provides critical resources that can be invested into fortifications, upgraded units, and experimental battlefield tools. Success depends on balancing expansion with defense, as Arachnid forces continuously probe and counterattack across multiple fronts.

    Players gain access to experimental Federation assets that break from standard doctrine—ranging from chemical warfare units and radiation-heavy artillery to bio-interference systems capable of disrupting or redirecting enemy behavior. These tools offer significant power but demand careful timing and strategic risk management.

    Opposing forces evolve alongside the player's arsenal. The Arachnids introduce new specialized strains designed to counter entrenched defenses and punish predictable tactics, including fast reconnaissance flyers, heavily armored assault forms, and catastrophic hive-class organisms that can reshape entire battle lines.

    All new content is also integrated into Territory Mode as a fully playable Battle Group, allowing the experimental mechanics and units to be used across broader planetary campaigns for extended strategic variety.
