Crossbell Police Department has a new recruit and it's no other than Lloyd Bannings. Following the steps of his brother, he returns to his hometown to do what he does best. Unfortunately, all his dreams of greatness get thwarted when he is assigned to a new division that is in charge of helping people and doing minor jobs.
