The Mortuary Assistant is a drop-dead scary first-person horror game where you must do your duty preparing recently deceased bodies while dealing with supernatural forces out to make your shift a living nightmare.

    You are an apprentice mortician in River Fields Mortuary, all alone as the head mortician is attending to other business. It seems like a normal job performing menial tasks and routine embalmings. However, the next few bodies that arrive are anything but normal. Soon you must perform embalmings while witnessing strange phenomena that sometimes appear at the corner of your eye, and sometimes jump right in your face! 

    The terror rises as you are visited by ghosts and demons. You must solve various puzzles and perform bizarre rituals to exorcise these unwelcome visitors. Each playthrough can yield a different ending, rewarding you for having the courage to do another run. As you unlock each path and banish a different demon, you begin to uncover the secret past of River Fields and the hidden horror beneath these linked events.
