The Shogun’s assassins return in Shadow Tactics: Aiko's Choice. A DLC to Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun, this story is set right before the finale of the original game and focuses on the female ninja, Aiko. Trained from a young age as a geisha and assassin, Aiko can distract guards with her beauty but can still end lives with a single stroke of her blade. But now she faces her greatest challenge yet when a familiar face from her past emerges: her mentor, Lady Chiyo, aids the enemies of the Shogun. Now you must face this master ninja in a battle of wits and blades. Which side will prove victorious?
In keeping with the original Shadow Tactics, you control an expert team of assassins. Hayato, a traditional ninja, uses throwing shuriken and a stealthy blade. Mugen wields two swords and can defeat guards in a stand-up fight. Yuki can set traps and lure enemies to their doom, while elderly Takuma is a professional sniper who can kill from afar.
All will fight beside Aiko to preserve the peace of Japan and protect the Shogun, but you must lead them to victory. Control each character strategically through each new mission and complex map. Assassinate targets through stealth or guile. Teach the enemies of the Shogun why they should fear the shadows. Walk the path of the ninja in Shadow Tactics: Aiko's Choice.
