From the makers of Dominions 5 comes the newest installment of a long-running series: Conquest of Elysium 5. A masterful turn-based 4x strategy RPG with roguelike elements, you play as one of the fantasy-based factions attempting to explore and conquer the land of Elysium before your rivals can.
Choose from one of many factions, each with unique gameplay mechanics and goals. If you are one of the druids, your goal would be to create your forest kingdom to gain resources and command forest minions, without ever needing mines. On the other hand, if you’re one of the dwarves, mining will be your focus, using your resources to enhance your precious hired units. Each faction has their own special units. Trolls would hire goblins and giants, magicians would use automatons, and so on.
Conquest of Elysium uses a grid-based map, but it’s not on one single layer. The game has ten different planes for you to explore, including an inferno level and a sky kingdom that you can get to by climbing mountains, beanstalks, and rainbow bridges.
With its strategic combat, random events, spells, and its vast procedurally generated map, Conquest of Elysium 5 will give you hours of playtime devoted to exploring, gathering resources, and managing your growing army to survive in the wilderness.
