Fury Unleashed gameplay: a character shooting at a giant robot boss, amidst explosions and a steampunk setting.

Fury Unleashed gameplay shows a player shooting at enemies in a futuristic setting. Action-packed and dynamic.

Fury Unleashed lets you step into a living comic book and break everything, including the fourth wall. As a rogue-lite action-platformer reminiscent of Metal Slug, Fury Unleashed sets you up as an action comic character that has come to life, fighting their way through panels using ink as a valuable resource. The artist, John Kowalsky, is suffering from a creative block, and it’s up to you to keep the story moving forward by killing everything in sight!

Fury Unleashed hinges on a combo system. The quicker you kill enemies, the more you raise your fury level and push your combo meter higher. The higher your combo meter, the more resources and healing items you obtain from those you kill. Play well enough and you can wipe the whole room without getting hit once!

Fury Unleashed boasts of hand-drawn comic book art, a brilliant soundtrack, and 40 different epic bosses that will need skill and strategy to be defeated. Thankfully, you have an army’s worth of weapons at your disposal, from melee weapons to lasers to rocket launchers. Customize your character and enhance them with new gear and bonuses with each new run. Unlock permanent upgrades after you die and play again. You can play solo or play each level with a friend in local co-op mode.

Lock, load, and get ready to bust some heads in Fury Unleashed!

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

As your combo meter rises, the comic panels transition visually, becoming more dynamic and intense, reflecting the escalating action and your increasing score multiplier.; What is the primary effect of maintaining a high combo streak on enemy behavior and difficulty?
A high combo streak causes enemies to spawn in greater numbers, with more aggressive attack patterns, and can even lead to the appearance of elite enemy variants.; Explain the relationship between the 'Ink' resource and the ability to use special attacks or skills.
Ink is the game's primary resource, accumulated by dealing damage and maintaining combos. It fuels your special attacks and skills, allowing for devastating abilities and strategic advantages.; What unique benefits do you get from 'Unleashing Fury' and how is it activated?

Upon death, you lose a portion of your earned Ink, and the comic 'reboots' to a previous panel. You retain any permanent upgrades, but your progress within the current level is reset.; How does the 'Style' meter impact the effectiveness of your attacks and overall gameplay?
The Style meter, boosted by varied attacks and stylish maneuvers, increases the damage of your attacks, encourages aggressive play, and unlocks higher combo multipliers.; In what ways does the 'Combo Decay' mechanic alter your combat strategy?
Combo Decay introduces the need for constant engagement. It forces you to maintain a consistent rate of attacks and movement to prevent your combo from dwindling, emphasizing fast-paced gameplay.; How do the different comic 'worlds' influence the types of enemies and environments you encounter?
Each comic world features unique themes, enemy types, and environmental hazards, requiring adaptation and diverse combat strategies to overcome the challenges.; What is the significance of 'Permanent Upgrades' in the context of the game's roguelite elements?
Permanent upgrades, acquired using earned 'Ink', are persistent across playthroughs, providing incremental power boosts that enhance your character and combat capabilities over time, aiding you in future runs.; How does the co-op mode specifically change the gameplay or strategic approach compared to solo play?
