The new year has arrived, and Epic Games Store is commemorating it by offering not just one, but two games as part of its Holiday Giveaway. The platform had an impressive lineup of fantastic free games over the previous two weeks, including popular titles like Hogwarts Legacy, Sorry We’re Closed, Disco Elysium, and others. Its grand finale might be the most exciting yet, as the latest holiday freebies comprise Wildgate and Total War: Three Kingdoms. Among the two, Total War: Three Kingdoms was released in 2019 as another installment in the Creative Assembly's strategy series. Developed by a team that features ex-Blizzard devs, Wildgate piqued everyone’s interest when it released last April. Each match features objectives like artifact collection or eliminating rival crews, with gameplay hinging on the ships that players pilot and battle from.
