House and Home Fest follows Steam Spring Sale with up to 95% off deals

After wrapping up its annual Spring Sale, Steam has already rolled out another event - this time in the form of the House and Home Fest. The new promotion focuses on simulation titles, with discounts reaching up to 95%.

Like other “Fest” events on Steam, this one isn’t just about price cuts. It also highlights demos for both released and upcoming games, giving players a chance to try them out before committing.

One of the newest releases, Hozy, is currently discounted by 10%, bringing its price down to $13.49 / 13,49€ / £11.24. In this game, you return to your hometown to restore and clean up your house, embracing a relaxed pace with no timers or penalties. With a variety of tools and furniture options, it leans heavily into creative freedom and satisfying interactions.

For something a bit more intensive, House Flipper 2 is available at 35% off, now priced at $25.48 / 24,02€ / £20.79. On the cozier end of the spectrum, Whisper of the House is discounted by 20%, costing $11.99 / 11,83€ / £10.23, and offers both solo and co-op decorating gameplay. Meanwhile, PowerWash Simulator 2 is also part of the sale, with a 15% discount bringing it down to $21.24 / 21,24€ / £16.99.

Those with points to spare can pick up some new cosmetic items based on the House and Home Fest in the Points Shop here and, lastly, there’s a short trailer embedded below which acts as a bit of promotion for the event.
