Lock and load with 7 retro FPS games in Green Man Gaming’s new bundle

Green Man Gaming’s new Boomer Shooter Bonanza Bundle packs 7 retro FPS hits

Green Man Gaming has rolled out another PC game promotion, with its latest bundle focusing entirely on fans of retro-inspired first-person shooters. Called the Boomer Shooter Bonanza Bundle, the collection brings together seven titles that take cues from genre-defining FPS games of the 1990s while modernizing the formula with improved visuals, smoother mechanics, and other contemporary gameplay enhancements.

Unlike some of the retailer's previous promotions, this bundle comes in a single purchase tier priced at $10 / €10 / £9. That one-time payment unlocks all seven games as Steam keys. It's also a respectable pick for Steam Deck owners, with three of the included titles carrying Valve's Steam Deck Verified badge and another three listed as Playable.

Among the biggest attractions is DUSK, a critically acclaimed shooter that channels the spirit of genre-defining classics including Doom, Quake, Blood, and Half-Life. Fast movement, brutal firefights, eerie environments, and a heavy metal soundtrack from Andrew Hulshult have helped make it one of the standout boomer shooters of recent years.

Players looking for something beyond military-inspired gunplay will also find plenty of variety. Forgive Me Father 2 combines frantic action with comic book visuals and a Lovecraft-inspired world filled with grotesque enemies, while POSTAL: Brain Damaged takes the long-running franchise in a completely different direction by placing players inside the twisted imagination of the POSTAL Dude.

AMID EVIL offers yet another change of pace, replacing conventional firearms with magical weapons in a fantasy setting while preserving the speed and intensity that fans expect from old-school FPS games.

For anyone interested in expanding their retro FPS library, the bundle offers considerable savings. Every game included has been well received by Steam players, and purchasing each title separately would cost far more than the bundle itself. Whether you're revisiting the golden age of first-person shooters or trying the genre for the first time, the collection offers an inexpensive way to pick up several acclaimed releases at once.

Players searching for something outside the boomer shooter genre aren't limited to this offer, either. Green Man Gaming's latest promotion arrives alongside several ongoing bundles from Humble and Fanatical, including Fanatical’s July Platinum Collection, which features a much broader selection of PC games across different genres.

The Boomer Shooter Bonanza Bundle will remain available through August 4, giving PC gamers a few weeks to decide whether to take advantage of the offer before it disappears from Green Man Gaming's storefront. As always, if you’re looking to get the most value from your gaming budget, be sure to browse our dedicated deals hub for the latest offers.

For €10, this bundle is almost impossible to ignore for fans of retro FPS games. DUSK and AMID EVIL are well worth the price on their own, and the rest of the selection offers very different atmospheres: Lovecraftian horror, edgy science fiction, and absurdist humor.

Highly recommend this bundle. Dusk and Amid Evil are amongst the best of the genre and the rest of the collection is nothing to scoff at. To be honest, Wrack is kinda the only one that I wouldn't recommend, but the others are good enough to still make this a great deal.

Andrew Hulshult's soundtrack in DUSK and the Lovecraft atmosphere in Forgive Me Father 2 show how creative modern 90s-style shooters can get. Having almost all seven games Verified or Playable on Steam Deck makes this whole collection way more attractive.
