Honteux ! J'ai commandé un sac en juillet, je ne l'ai jamais reçu et bien évidemment j'ai été prélevée. J'envoie un email au service clients qui me répond que le délai de réclamation est dépassé, qu'on ne peut rien pour moi bref... pas de sac ni de remboursement ! Je déconseille fortement toute commande sur ce site internet ! (commande 99211130)
Shameful! I ordered a bag in July, I never received it and of course I was picked. I send an email to the customer service who answers me that the claim deadline has passed, that they can't do anything for me in short... no bag and no refund! I strongly advise against any order on this website! (order 99211130)

J'ai recus mon fifa sans numero de serie et ils me disent que c'est parce que je dois mettre le cd (ça se dit professionnel ça) ensuite on me dit que j'ai acheté un add on et pas le jeu complet, je leur ai directement prouvé le contraire; ils se sont excusés mais ne m'ont pas renvoyé le cd-key (pour leur expliquer toute ces choses j'ai du reecrire 3 fois chaques sujet sinon ils suivaient pas parce que c'est a chaque foi quelqu'un de different qui repond.) Bref ils m'ont demandé d'envoyer le jeu par la poste du moyen orient d'où j'habite en angleterre. du coup si je les aurais attendu ca serait largement 2 mois d'attente mais , ils ne méritent pas que je paye un sous pour un collis. Je vous évite les longues conversations mais un bug chez eux revenait tout le temps; ils mentent et font semblant ( ou pas? ) d'être inexpérimenté afin que vous lâchiez l'affaire de vous même.
I received my fifa without a serial number and they tell me that it's because I have to put the cd on (it's called professional that) then they told me that I bought an add on and not the complete game, I directly proved them the opposite; they apologized but didn't send me back the cd-key (to explain all these things I had to rewrite 3 times each subject otherwise they wouldn't follow because it's a different person for each faith). In short they asked me to send the game by mail from the Middle East where I live in England. So if I would have waited for them it would have been a 2 month wait but they don't deserve that I pay a penny for a parcel. I'll save you the long conversations but a bug in them was always coming back; they lie and pretend (or not?) to be inexperienced so that you'll let go of it by yourself.

Chez Zavii, mais après leur avoir envoyé un message, j'ai reçu le jeu. Normalement hors Royaume Uni, le jeu est reçu 5-7 jours après mais il a dû mettre plus de temps en France pour ma part. Bref Chilvary est fonctionnel chez moi.
At Zavii, but after sending them a message, I received the game. Normally outside the UK, the game is received 5-7 days later but it must have taken longer in France for me. Anyway Chilvary is working at home.

achat de The Next Big Thing à 3,99€, colis recu en 1 semaine environ. Jeux en anglais, mais je m'en doutai un peu vu qu'il n'y avait aucune information sur la langue et que le site est en anglais. Patch FR trouver sur internet et fonctionnelle.
